INSTRUCTIONS FOR CAMERA-READY VERSION:
- After completing the fee payment, please send a copy of your payment receipt to ai2cf@lgu.edu.pk and upload the final camera-ready version of your paper to the Microsoft CMT as per next steps. (Non-refundable Payment)
- It is mandatory to use the IEEE Conference Proceedings Template in A4, Microsoft Word Format. https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates
- All papers must be written in English with a maximum page length of six pages including figures and references.
- Before Creating a PDF
Page numbering should not be inserted by the authors
Add the following Conference Header at RIGHT top of the first page of your source document (paper):

- Please ensure that the reviewer comments are incorporated in the camera-ready version.
- The appropriate copyright clearance code notice is to be added at the bottom of the first page of each paper on the left before creating the camera-ready PDF, according to the guidelines set forth in the Cataloguing/Copyright Instructions for an IEEE Conference Proceeding, as follows:
- For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright
- It is mandatory to use IEEE PDF eXpress site https://ieee-pdf-express.org and enter the Conference ID to validate your camera-ready papers before uploading to Microsoft CMT. Please note that all PDFs to be included in IEEE Xplore should have been validated through PDF eXpress for Xplore® compatibility.
- AI2CF 2026 has registered to use IEEE PDF eXpress to generate and verify the format of all papers submitted.
- Steps
- Create your manuscript(s).
- Proofread and check the layout of the manuscript (it is highly recommended that this be done BEFORE going to IEEE PDF eXpress).
- Create IEEE PDF eXpress account.
- Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress TM site: http://www.ieee-pdf-express.org/
- First-time users should do the following:
- Select the New Users
- Enter the following:
- Conference ID
- your email address
- a password
- Continue to enter information as prompted.
- An online confirmation will be displayed, and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
- Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.
- Upload source file(s) for Conversion; and/or PDFs for Checking (Conference ID ). Uploading a paper to IEEE PDF eXpress is not the same as submitting the paper to the conference for review. The checked PDF paper still needs to be submitted by the normal means.
- Use IEEE PDF eXpress to attain IEEE Xplore compatible PDF(s). The site contains extensive instructions, resources, helpful hints and access to technical support.
- Submit final, IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF(s) as per the instructions found below.
- All authors are required to provide a transfer of copyright to IEEE. The respective IEEE online services are available with the successful author registration and upload of the camera-ready paper to the Microsoft CMT system, by 15-May-2026.
- Submitting the Camera-Ready Version (Final PDF)
You should submit the IEEE PDF compliance file to your Microsoft CMT author account by accessing the “Camera Ready” under the “Actions” column.
- IEEE Copyright Form Submission (Mandatory for Publication):
You should Submit IEEE Copyright Form via your Microsoft CMT author account by clicking “Submit IEEE Copyright Form”.
15-May-2026 is the deadline to submit/upload the camera-ready version via MICROSOFT CMT System.
A Word file in the provided format — Source files may also be needed for minor formatting purposes etc.
PDF version of your camera-ready paper must have passed the PDF Express checks. Please make sure that you submit the same pdf file which has been verified by the PDF Express.
- Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore ® subject to meet IEEE Xplore ® scope and quality requirements.
Please note that these instructions are specifically for virtual participants.
1- In what manner will the virtual presentations of papers be conducted?
Your recorded video presentation will be played during the virtual sessions of the conference. If feasible, we encourage you to join the conference room for a live Q&A during your presentation. The presentations will be streamed in various parallel Zoom rooms virtually.
We will provide you with ZOOM meeting room IDs and passcodes for live participation via email. The Conference Program, including the time, date, session, and room details for each paper, will also be published on the conference website on 15-May-2026.
2- Duration of the video presentation:
Each presenter will create a presentation video with a maximum duration of 10-12 minutes.
3- Presentation Template (Optional):
Authors are free to use any presentation template of their choice.
4 – How to Submit the video presentation?

If you wish to record a virtual presentation via Zoom, please follow these guidelines:
Install Zoom by Clicking the Link: https://zoom.us/client/latest/ZoomInstaller.exe
Guidelines for Pre-Recording Your Presentation – AI2CF 2026
- Open a New Zoom Meeting
Launch Zoom and click on “New Meeting”
Make sure video and audio are ON - Share Your Screen
Click “Share Screen” and select your presentation in full-screen mode
Enable “Share sound” if your slides contain audio/video - Start Recording
Click “Record” → “Record on this Computer”
Wait 2–3 seconds before starting to speak
Speak clearly, stay within the 10–12 minute limit - End Recording
Click “Stop Recording” after your final slide
Then click “End Meeting” for Zoom to process and save the video - Saving the File
The recording will be saved as an MP4 file (Zoom will convert it after the meeting ends) - Rename the file as:
Paper ID #.mp4
Example: Paper ID 122.mp4
